If your package hasn’t shipped yet, our team can do their best to help with changes. Even though we’re a small team, we move quickly. So shoot us an email right away to info@deepecologie.com. Once your order ships, we’ll be unable to chase after the delivery truck (we’re surfers, not runners).

About the same amount of time it takes for you to adjust back to civilization after a trip to the wilderness, one business day.

In all seriousness (because your purchase is serious business to us), your order will ship as quickly as possible. This is typically the following business day after your purchase is complete.

Once your package is sent out, we’ll email your tracking number, which could take up to 24 hours. We won’t blame you if you constantly refresh the tracking page over the next few days, but please, go outside!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking info for your delivery.

You may also find tracking information in the Order History section of your account.

At checkout, you will have the option to choose express shipping for an additional cost. We’ll be sure to have our extra fast runners scheduled for when that happens.
